Event Details:

This is our 2nd Party Planning meeting  for planning our Awesome Holiday Party --- We need your help to plan the BEST PARTY in town!!

We will be confirming the food menu, games and asking for people to sign up to help volunteer the night of the event.  If you didn't attend the first meeting and want to help -- please attend this meeting to join in on the fun.   

As a member of the committee, there are several ways you can participate:  Planning - working with the caterer, shopping for door prizes, planning of games or entertainment, man the sign in table, sale of 50/50 tickets, setup, clean up and other tasks to make the event successful.

All are welcome and we are hoping to make our 2024 Holiday Party just as memorable as all the others before! 

We will start to sell tickets at the November meeting so we need to fast track our planning this year and possibly meet one more time before the November meeting to finalize all the details.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.
