BYT -- Ravioli Class

What to Expect:

 

  • Dough will be pre-made (Recipe provided)
  • Instruction to use pasta machine to make pasta
  • Participate in making meat filling
  • Fill and make 4 dozen ravioli
  • Instructions for freezing and cooking provided

 

Cost:
  • $25 per person.  Class size is 20 ONLY
  • Normal cost of this class is $65.00 -- GREAT DEAL for $25
  • Pay Teresa Russo-Dyer directly via cash, check or venmo
  • Payment is due by March 8th or lose your spot in class
  • Class will be divided up into 4 tables of 5 people. with 1 pasta machine per table

 

Time and RSVP: 
  • Saturday, March 22nd - Class starts at 9:00 am (2 hours)
  • RSVP -- by March 8th on Sign up Sheet or via HogScan
  • BYT is same day with lunch at 12pm ($10 pay that day)
  • If you plan on staying for LUNCH -- RSVP for BYT day on HOGScan in addition to RSVP for Ravioli Class

 

What to Bring With You:
  • Apron (gloves will be provided)
  • Long Hair - tied back in pony tail
  • Containers with lids to take home your ravioli -- CANNOT LAYER ravioli inside containers or they will stick together in large chunks
  • BRING ENOUGH CONTAINERS TO HOLD 4 DZ. - SINGLE LAYERED
   
 

    

   
 

 

Disclaimer:

 

Both members and non-members should check in with the road captain/event coordinator as soon as they arrive to the meeting location/event.  It is required that the non-member riders and passengers sign-in and sign the release waiver to participate in the chapter event.  Per our chapter charter, and for insurance reasons, we are required to have 1 more registered member over the guest count(i.e. 15 members and 14 guests) at an event.  In the event that we do not meet these guidelines the road captain or event coordinator will ask the last guest to sign in, who were not pre-registered on DSMHOG.COM, to not participate in this event.
